アジア学院オープンキャンパス・オーガニック大日向マルシェを開催
学校法人アジア学院（所在地：栃木県那須塩原市）は、7/25(土)にアジア学院オープンキャンパス・オーガニック大日向マルシェを開催いたしました。夏休み最初の週末をアジア学院へお越しくださった方ありがとうございます。
大日向マルシェ20店舗やアジア学院ショップでのお買い物を多くのご来校の方にお楽しみいただけて幸いです。







2026年8月22日(土)には、サポーターの皆さまや地域の方々にアジア学院の活動やコミュニティの魅力を深く知っていただき、交流を深めるイベント「アジア学院フレンズデー2026夏（ARI Friends Day Summer 2026）」を開催いたします。

また同日行われたオープンキャンパスに参加いただいた方々にもアジア学院の体験をしていただきました。キャンパスツアーで実際に手を動かす「オーガニックな生き方」に触れ、国際色豊かな食卓で共に昼食を囲みつつ英語での会話の時を持ってコミュニティを体験し、午後にはサーバント・リーダーシップ入門講座で自分のキャリアや人生の目的について問う時間を持ちました。



アジア学院は半世紀に渡り栃木県那須塩原市で世界の農村コミュニティリーダーを育成してきた教育機関です。海外学生たちと共に学ぶ日本人を募集しています。100名以上の卒業生が国内・世界各地で活躍しています。

日本人学生募集について
アジア学院では、留学生と共に9ヶ月間の全寮制プログラムに参加する日本人学生を募集しています。(卒業後のアジア・インターンシップ・プログラム（海外研修50日間）期間を含めて約1年)
「土」から学び、「対話」から築く。 教室での講義だけでなく、農作業や共同生活を通じて、真のリーダーシップとは何かを問い直します。
日本人学生募集について
研修期間：2026年4月1日より約1年。海外研修の期間を含む。
主なカリキュラム： 有機農業、家畜飼育、コミュニティ開発、サーバント・リーダーシップ、持続可能なエネルギーなど
応募資格： 心身ともに健康で、共同生活に意欲的な方 英語でのコミュニケーションに挑戦したい方（選考時点での語学力よりも、意欲を重視します）
出願締切： 2027年2月28日（必着）

Asian Rural Institute Hosts Open Campus & Organic Ohinata Marche
Asian Rural Institute (ARI; located in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture) hosted its Open Campus and Organic Ohinata Marche on Saturday, July 25. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who chose to spend the first weekend of summer vacation with us.
We were delighted to see so many visitors enjoy shopping at the 20 local vendor stalls of the Ohinata Marche and at the ARI Shop.
On Saturday, August 22, 2026, we will host "ARI Friends Day Summer 2026"-an event designed for our supporters and local community members to learn more about ARI’s work and culture while deepening connections.

Visitors who participated in the Open Campus on July 25 also had a rich hands-on experience. Through a campus tour, they got a direct taste of an "organic way of living." During lunch at our multicultural table, they shared conversations in English and experienced our international community. In the afternoon, an introductory workshop on Servant Leadership provided time for deep reflection on career path and life purpose.
Japanese Participant Admissions
For half a century, the Asian Rural Institute has been training rural community leaders from around the world in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture. We are currently recruiting Japanese participants to study alongside our international participants. Over 100 Japanese graduates are now active across Japan and around the globe.
ARI is recruiting Japanese participants to participate in a 9-month residential program together with international participants (approximately one year total, including a 50-day overseas Asia Internship Program after graduation).
"Learning from the soil, building through dialogue."
Beyond classroom lectures, participants re-examine the true meaning of leadership through daily farm work and communal living.
Recruitment Details
Program Period: Approx. 1 year starting April 1, 2026 (includes overseas internship).
Key Curriculum: Organic agriculture, livestock management, community development, servant leadership, sustainable energy, etc.
Eligibility:
Sound mind and body, with a strong enthusiasm for communal living.
A willingness to communicate in English (motivation is prioritized over language proficiency at the time of application).
Application Deadline: February 28, 2027 (must arrive by this date).
